4/14/10 - Celestyne Pilsner: Golden color with a creamy white head. Big body and light fruity nose with bits of fresh field of harvested grains. Flavor is well balanced with light noble hop bittering and notes of hay. Very clean refreshing lager flavor. Long lasting finish. 6.3% ABV

2/4/10 - Raspberry Stout: Chocolate/raspberry nose invites you in for a taste of this nicely dry stout with a delicate raspberry backdrop. The strong hints of raspberry play nicely on the palate with the chocolate and roasted notes of this full bodied beer. 7% ABV
